Simply register and/or add products to your shopping bag and then proceed to checkout. All orders over $100 are eligible for free shipping.

Once you have placed your order we will email you a confirmation and then send you another email once your order ships with your tracking details. You can also log into our website at any time to get a real-time update on your orders progress as well as invoices for all orders placed.

The delivery date is confirmed at the final step of your checkout.

All orders are shipped using express service as standard and delivery date is confirmed at checkout. Please allow extra time for delivery over the holidays.

Please note we dispatch in-stock clothing straight away, separately when combined in 1 order with pre-ordered items of clothing. 

The suggested delivery date for Pre-Order items is an estimate only, this date is subject to change. Please also note that pre-order items are pre-production items and thus are subject to change and not guaranteed, they may be cancelled at any time. If you have purchased a pre-order item and the item is cancelled, we will issue you with a full refund.

We dispatch in stock clothing straight away separate to pre-ordered clothing based on the estimated release date on the product page of a pre-order product.

Note : All the above mentioned delivery dates are estimated and can vary due to a number of reasons (weather, customs or road accidents etc). In case your parcel is not delivered as per schedule, please allow us a further 48 – 72 working hours before contacting us. We will not be liable for any claim and we will not be able to cancel your order in these conditions. If your parcel is not delivered after 15 working days as per scheduled delivery, we will proceed with a claim & you will either be refunded or a replacement will be sent to you.
